We then begin a targeted search on your behalf, we will seek out and speak to qualified candidates. We share insights about your family to identify dedicated caregivers who align perfectly with your needs.
After we carefully select suitable candidates, we conduct a thorough review process that includes:
- Comprehensive background checks
- Verification of professional experience
- In-depth interviews, where we intentionally pick the most suitable candidates for your family
Finally, in the offer stage, we present our selected candidates, giving you the confidence that you're making the best choice for your family and ensuring you have the perfect nanny. After you select your candidates here are the next steps we help out with:
- Assisting in coordinating interviews with chosen candidates
- Assisting in coordinating trial day(s)

My mother's job took us around the globe- whether in Sudan, Australia, Timor, Lebanon, Singapore or Thailand- I always found myself surrounded by vibrant communities, especially among young children.
Over the past decade, I've dedicated myself to nurturing and educating children. For five of those years, I served as a Montessori teacher, working with infants as young as eight weeks to toddlers up to 15 months. This experience taught me the profound significance of early childhood development and the unique care each child requires to flourish. I discovered that being a nanny offers a more intimate and supportive environment, allowing me to cater to each child's individual needs.
As a mother myself, I understand the importance of peace of mind when it comes to who cares for your children. My experiences as both a parent and caregiver inspired me to establish this agency in Atlanta. I am passionate about creating a space where families and caretakers can thrive together.
