Placement Fees

We begin with an initial consultation (over the phone, virtual or in person) to understand your family's specific needs, preferences, and values. Following this, we conduct a thorough search, utilizing our matching system to identify suitable candidates. We then present you with a shortlist of nannies, allowing you to interview and select the best fit for your family.

All of our nannies undergo rigorous screening, including background checks, references verification, and interviews. Many nannies we vet our have formal training in childcare, CPR, and first aid, as well as experience working with  children of various ages. We also offer ongoing nanny assistance to ensure they remain up-to-date with best practices.

We charge a one-time non refundable search fee of $350 to initiate the search process.  Depending on the plan you choose ( Basic or Premium), placement fees range from $1,600- $2,600, with the search fee applied toward that total. Detailed information is available on our website.

The turnaround time for finding a nanny can vary based on several factors, including your specific requirements, the availability of suitable candidates, and the level of service chosen. Typically the process can take anywhere from one to four weeks. We strive to move as quickly as possible ensuring a thorough and effective matching process, so you can find the right fit for your family.

No, Elle Is My Nanny does not handle payment for nannies. Our role is to serve as a bridge between families and nannies.  Once you select a nanny, your family will be responsible for paying the nanny their agreed-upon hourly rate directly. This arrangement allows for clear communication regarding payment terms and ensures that both parties are on the same page.

We offer a satisfaction guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your nanny within the specified time frame (30 days for Basic, 60 days for Premium), you can request a replacement at no additional cost, subject to availability.

Yes, if you feel the nanny isn't the right fit after the initial trial period, you can request a replacement, We aim to assure you're completely satisfied with your childcare arrangement.
